BYG presents new blades Futura at Intermat 2018

BYG recently incorporated the new blades Futura to its catalogues of products. Futura Steels 550 and 600 are steels resistant to abrasion with rated hardness of 550 and 600 HBW, respectively. Typical applications are components with resistance to abrasion: bulldozers, leashes, etc. Futura 550 guarantees 60% more of wear lifetime compared to other 500 boron Steel Brinell. Futura 600 is an alternative product to blades coated with tungsten carbide and chromium at a competitive price.

BYG presents its new shop online at Intermat 2018

BYGs new shop online is much more graphic and intuitive than the previous versions, with the idea of making the research of products easier for all customers. Through this new version of BYGs e-commerce, machinery professionals are allowed to visualize more than 40.000 products and to obtain all information that they might need in order to find the reference that better fits their needs. Consultation of products is open and universal, which means that customers do not need to register or login to consult catalogues of products from BYG.

BYG presents its new teeth Futura Twister Duo at Intermat 2018

The range of products Futura Twister Duo represents the natural evolution of Twister range. It has a symmetrical design 100x100 with main features of Futura products: - Self-sharpening design (that facilitates the self-sharpening of the tooth and allows to use the Steel of the tooth until 68%). - The lateral and central nerves strengthen the parts of the tooth more exposed to wear. - Design of scales to facilitate the flow of material. The innovation of Twister Duo is its multifuncionality: it can be used as an alternative to SuperV product and can be installed both with standard pins SuperV and new pins Hammerless Futura simply by spinning the tooth. This property allows the choice of fixing the tooth at the moment of setting it up and reduces needs of pins stock (customer can use the products that already has in stock). The anchorage made with Hammerless pins guarantees an installation free of hammer blows, which avoids risks that the use of hammer can cause. For customers pro-hammer or less inclined to Hammerless innovation, it is only needed to spin the tooth of 180% in order to obtain directly a perfect replacement to SuperV products. Twister Duo range has been designed for small and medium sizes of teeth (from size 130 to 430). For bigger sizes BYG provides Twister Hammerless line, which covers replacement models from size SuperV 590 to mining alternatives as teeth, tooth-holders and tooth-holders protections of Esco SV2, used in mining industry.
